James, a member of ICIFA, currently leads Fusion’s Real Estate Department, managing the company’s real estate portfolio across East Africa, overseeing deal sourcing, structuring, and fundraising, through project development to exit.
Previously, in Fusion’s London office, he managed fundraising and portfolio oversight for real estate developments, structured Kenya’s first CMA-approved development REIT, developed Fusion’s Portfolio Management Service, and supported private equity fund structuring and fundraising. James has a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath
