Fusion Capital Limited (FCL) is a Kenyan-headquartered real estate development management firm with an active presence in Kenya, Rwanda, and formerly Uganda. We manage the full real estate development cycle with a single accountable team. Our work begins with investment structuring and capital raising, continues through feasibility, design, procurement, and construction, and concludes with asset stabilization and exit.
FCL develops commercial and residential real estate, including retail malls, offices, mixed-use developments, logistics hubs, and housing. Each project responds to local demand, long-term usability, and the needs of the people and businesses it serves.
