Daniel Kamau is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Fusion Capital Limited. With more than 19 years at Fusion, he has played a central role in the Group’s evolution from a mid-sized micro-equity firm into a private equity operator, real estate developer, and fund manager across East Africa.

He previously served as Executive Director for Real Estate, where he led the division responsible for expanding Fusion’s real estate commitments in the region. Under his leadership, the business invested across retail, office, and residential developments, with transactions ranging from USD 200,000 to USD 40 million.

He has also held senior roles as Head of Private Equity and Business Development Manager, helping shape the Group’s investment strategy, deal pipeline, and long-term growth.
